HSV-1 Oral herpes such as cold sores or fever blisters that can lead to cold sores around the mouth  and HSV-2 which is sexually transmitted disease that causes blisters and pain in the genital area. Both types of the virus can be transmitted through direct contact, such as kissing, sharing eating utensils or having intimate contact.</p>
<p>How to Cure Herpes with <strong>Natural Treatments</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> After drinking black coffee (with no sugar) you get &#8220;mud&#8221; on the bottom of the cup, apply the &#8220;mud&#8221; on the lips.</li>
<li> Mix 5 Bergamot oil drops to 5 Eucalyptus oil drops (Do NOT Swallow). Smear on the herpes every few minutes. (DONT go to the sun when you have the mixture on your lips, wash first).</li>
<li> Cook one cup of olive oil in a pot, add some bee wax and lavender oil. Cool and smear on the herpes.</li>

<li> The sun&#8217;s rays are normally strongest between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m so try to limit time in the Midday sun.</li>
<li> Wear loose fitting,tight woven and full length cloths to protect your skin from the sun rays. It can block nearly 100% of both UVA and UVB.</li>
<li> Wear a wide hat that offers good sun protection to your Eyes and areas that are particularly prone to overexposure of the sun. You can always use sunglasses that are specially sun protected ones.</li>
<li> Always Use Sunscreen with a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of at least 15 or higher liberally on exposed skin. Use a sunscreen that blocks both UVA and UVB rays.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cover Up</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Wear Long Sleeved shirt and Long Pants</li>
<li>Stay in Shade when you can</li>
<li>Seek shade under an umbrella, tree, or other shelter before not after you need relief from the sun.</li>
</ul>
<p>Even though there are cosmetics and other forms of treatment for skin damage caused by sun, the results are seldom satisfactory. The best treatment is prevention.</p>

<p>1. Wash face by means of ice cold water<br />
2. Drink a lot of water. It is also considered useful in limiting the effects of puffy eye conditions.<br />
3. Use two slices of cucumber and place them on the eyes for several minutes to provide succor during puffy eye conditions.<br />
4. You can also use two tea bags in cold water and placing them over the eyelids after the bags are chilled in a refrigerator can also prove beneficial in tackling puffy eye conditions.<br />
5. Use hemorrhoid eye creams containing aloe, and Vitamin E to reduce puffy eyes<br />
6. Gently tap your skin where it&#8217;s puffy. This can encourage fluid build up to release and drain more easily.<br />
7. You can always use artificial sweeteners for your body to retain more fluid.<br />
8. Make sure you get at least 8 hours to sleep at night<br />
9. If you use computer a lot, wear glasses to help protect your eyes from direct computer rays<br />
10. To help reduce puffyness use a nursing pads or a soak in cold milk and apply over your eyes for 10 minutes.</p>
<p>This will definitely help you get rid of your puffyness.</p>

Periodontitis is the second and can cause you much more pain and cost you a lot more money at the dentist&#8217;s office. If you notice any swelling, tenderness or bleeding of the gums, be sure to visit your dentist immediately.</p>
<p>Most likely you&#8217;ll be told to increase your brushing and flossing practices and the dentist may even send you home with a special mouthwash to aid in the treatment of gingivitis. If you don&#8217;t have gum disease, then thank your lucky stars and keep healthy gums to prevent gum disease. That is the key to keeping your mouth healthy and happy!</p>

<p><strong>Warm Up</strong></p>
<p>Before you begin your workout, you need to warm your muscles and slowly speed up your heart. Starting your workout with low intensity and gradually raising it is the best way to do this. Get the blood flowing through your body by taking a short walk, marching in place or moving through a few basic exercises without intense effort.</p>
<p><strong>Stretch</strong></p>
<p>After you have warmed your muscles by getting the blood pumping with mild exercise, do some stretches to prepare your muscles for the hard work through which you are about to put them. Flexibility during a workout is imperative to reducing the chance of strain or injury. Stretching after a workout releases the lactic acids that build up during exercise and reduces muscle soreness afterwards.</p>
<p><strong>Time Your Exercise</strong></p>
<p>Effective workouts require the ability to time your exercise. Rushing through a toning or strengthening workout is always a bad idea as your muscles need time to prepare and recuperate. A good way to get the timing down is to count. Count &#8220;one and two&#8221; as you contract, hold for a count of two at the top of your contraction and count again as you release. Pause for a count of two before doing the next repetition. Between sets, you should rest your muscles for at least 30 seconds.</p>
<p><strong>Breathe Properly</strong></p>
<p>The first response to someone when they say &#8220;breathe&#8221; is usually a smirk. Of course we are going to breathe! But the truth is, without proper discipline, most of us don&#8217;t breathe correctly and this is true especially during a workout. Exhale as you tighten or contract and inhale as you lower.</p>
<p>If doing cardio, take the time to notice your breathing. If it is rapid, slow down. If you are holding your breath, as many of us do without realizing it, exhale slowly and start breathing in a rhythmic manner. Take in a few deep breaths every little while to keep your oxygen levels up and your heart pumping the way it should. A good rule of thumb is that if you can&#8217;t hold a conversation due to heavy breathing, you need to slow down.</p>

<p><strong>Vary Workout Intensity</strong></p>
<p>A key tip for getting in shape is to vary the intensity during your workout. This will increase your fitness level and help you lose weight. Many exercisers believe they should get to a certain level and stay there, but that isn&#8217;t the case. Your workout benefits are maximized by varying the intensity.</p>
<p>If performing an aerobic workout like running or cycling, warm up slowly as already discussed and gradually step it up until you&#8217;re at 60% of your maximum heart rate. This is calculated by the formula:</p>
<p>(220 - your age) x 0.6 Example for a 40 year old: (220-40) x 0.6 = 108</p>
<p>Vary your workout intensity by raising and lowering it between 60 and 75% every little while. As your intensity level increases, so does your breathing and your heart rate. At the end of your workout, slowly lower the intensity until you are breathing at a normal pace and your heart rate is back to normal.</p>

<li><strong>Start exercising</strong> : Exercising regularly can really boost your stamina. Working out daily is an excellent way to keep your body in shape and be fit. The thing you need to do is that you should do some proper Cardio Exercise and start with a small time and then slowly increase the time of your workout but make sure that you dont increase the time at once. For instance you used to jog for 10 minutes and the next day you jump to 25 minutes. Dont do this, just slowly increase the time. Or you can just hire a personal trainer who will guide you properly on how much time you should workout.</li>
<li>You can start swimming as its one of the best sports that can increase your stamina. I being a swimmer will definitely recommend swimming as its fun as well as good for your health. Just start swimming and start with 2-3 laps and then gradually increase the number of meters you swim depending on the length of the pool.</li>
