Depression, its Symptoms and Causes

The first thing that we should know is that what is Depression? Depression commonly refers to a downturn in mood which may be relatively transitory and perhaps due to something trivial. It is totally different from the medical term Clinical Depression which is a mental disorder marked by symptoms that last two weeks or more and are so severe that they interfere with daily living. And at the moment i ll only focus on simple depression and what are the symptoms and causes of Depression. It is a disease that affects your thoughts, mood, and even your body. It can effect the way you eat, you sleep, you talk to others almost everything.
Have you ever felt sad even despite of all the good things that happen to you? And their are mood swings without any reason? There is a reason for this though maybe you are experiencing the symptoms of depression. Apart from mood swings, there are alot of other symptoms of depression, one of them is that when you feel guilty even though you have not done anything wrong or you are slow in thinking about something and reacting. These are all because of depression which is a disease itself. It can lead to annoyance in life, and can make you very serious and unable to work and participate socially. In severe cases it might cause a person to suicide because he cannot handle himself because of depression and you must know this before i tell you about more symptoms. If an individual experiences depression for an extended amount of time, this can become a very serious issue. As a matter of fact, it can result in one’s ability to function inappropriately. The depression itself can make us feel as if it’s of no use to search for help. There are some people however who can’t shake their depression and it lingers for months on end. What then are the depression causes?
