Currently I weigh about 115 pounds and since I’m an adult this is considered underweight. Recently I have done a major research on the internet to learn facts and points that one should keep in mind when planning to put some weight.
Please note that it is almost impossible to gain weight without weight lifting. I use to be lazy as an Ass and would never join a GYM because of the nature of my work. I usually work at nights and sleep during day time. But instead of not going to the GYM I decided to look for some Home Exercise Workout plans and I was amazed to see the number of videos people are offering on Youtube. You better look for the one that suits you.
Second most important part is to divide 3 big meals into 6 small meals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and three other small meals scheduled throughout the day. The goal is to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours.
Other than your regular meals try to eat lots of fruits and vegatables because they have the vitamins and minerals you need. Drinking shakes is one of the best ways to give you energy and gain weight.
It really isn’t as complicated as you would think it is. Eat properly and exercise everyday. You can’t expect much weight gain in a month, just give it some time and expect to gain 5-8 pounds every month.
