Snoring is seriously one of the worse habits anyone can ever have. I have a friend who comes over at least once a week to hang out with me and when it gets late, he stays over to my place. He has this habit of snoring and when he does, it kills me.

So I have decided to look up for more information regarding this and find some possible solutions to get rid of snoring. Check out the possible reasons and solutions to get rid of snoring.
1. Try avoiding cigarettes before bedtime.
2. Lose weight (Mind you my friend is fat and this is probably the reason he snoors alot)
3. Avoid drinking alcohol before going to bed because it causes your muscles to relax a lot and increases the chance of your airway getting blocked and results in snoring.
4. Avoid dairy products which can build up mucous in your throat.
5. Use humidifier when you sleep.
6. Use anti-snore nasal strips to reduce the effort to breath at night.
7. You can always use a stop snoring mouthpiece that will reposition your jaw to increase airflow into your lungs.
8. Sleeping on your side instead of your back will help to prevent snoring.
9. Don’t eat a big meal right before bed, if your stomach is full it will push up on your diaphragm and limit breathing passage ways.
10. Consult a medical profesional if your snoring continues to adversely affect your sleep.
