Nobody wants puffy eyes when they wake up in the morning., For one reason or another, you wake up to find you have puffy eyes… and you want to get rid of them. First of all you wonder why you got them in the first place. There can be a lot of reasons for the e.g
- Fluctuating hormone levels
- Edema or fluid retention throughout the body
- Dehydration
- Heredity
- Allergies
Some of the common symptoms for puffy eye can be
- Swelling under the eyes
- Bags or excessive skin under the eyes
- Red or irritated eyes
- Inability to open or close eyes completely due to puffiness
- Dark circles
Now to get rid of your puffy eyes you can try the following technique I’ve used personally for myself and it has worked really well.
1. Wash face by means of ice cold water
2. Drink a lot of water. It is also considered useful in limiting the effects of puffy eye conditions.
3. Use two slices of cucumber and place them on the eyes for several minutes to provide succor during puffy eye conditions.
4. You can also use two tea bags in cold water and placing them over the eyelids after the bags are chilled in a refrigerator can also prove beneficial in tackling puffy eye conditions.
5. Use hemorrhoid eye creams containing aloe, and Vitamin E to reduce puffy eyes
6. Gently tap your skin where it’s puffy. This can encourage fluid build up to release and drain more easily.
7. You can always use artificial sweeteners for your body to retain more fluid.
8. Make sure you get at least 8 hours to sleep at night
9. If you use computer a lot, wear glasses to help protect your eyes from direct computer rays
10. To help reduce puffyness use a nursing pads or a soak in cold milk and apply over your eyes for 10 minutes.
This will definitely help you get rid of your puffyness.
