So, are you tired of being bugged by people because of your small height making you feel inferior to them? Well, You don’t have to feel like this because i know how it feels when someone says anything like this and the only reason i am saying this because i experienced this. There are many causes why your height maybe short and its most common in children.
Actually, there are some reasons why your height might be short including chronic diseases such as malnutrition, hereditary or constitutional delay of growth and development. I had a short height as well and i tried almost everything that my doctor and my gym trainer told me and it worked well.
There are many ways you can increase your height, some natural some using medicines but to tell you the truth i dont believe in medicines to increase your height because they have a lot of side effects so i ll not recommend trying any medicine. This is what my doctor told me that there are some medicines with which you can increase your height but they have side effects so he preferred not to use any and told me some natural ways. First of all, you should exercise daily and focus on chin ups more as its the best way to increase your height. The next thing you should do is engage in different sports activities like basketball or swimming. Actually, i will prefer swimming over basketball or any other sport as it works your whole body, improving cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength, endurance, posture, and flexibility all at the same time. And this did increased my height. There is a human growth hormone which is responsible for your growth. It production is at its peak at adolescence when accelerated growth occurs. And slows down and it stops after your adult. So, You can visit your doctor and ask him about this and he may give you some medicine to increase the secretion of the hormone and do as your doctor says.
Other then these, there are some products available as well such as YOKO which is a height stimulator. It stimulates human growth hormone secretion through massaging certain reflex points on your feet. And with proper exercise and diet, the results should be faster and much better. I tried this as well and it increased my height a little bit or more in some cases as well.
After you follow these steps, there are chances that you can increase your height but remember not to take any medicine and consult your doctor and do what ever he says.
