Cardio Exercises are one of the best ways to keep your self fit and healthy and the ones which almost everyone can try not but atleast two or three. You also have some idea that if you want to lose weight then cardio exercises are one of the best options you can go for. Now i am going to tell you some exercises that you can do anytime and are not hard at all.
The first one is running or jogging which is the best cardio exercise according to me. If you jog in the morning everyday for about 40-50 minutes, i am sure that you will not have any breathing problems and it will increase your stamina as well. Best thing is that it also burn calories and fat. But keep this thing in mind that a person should start from a small time and then increase the jogging time. For example start with 10-15 mins and then slowly increase the time or use treadmill if you cant go outside for a walk. :p
The next is bicycling. There is no age limit for people who want to cycle and the best thing about cycling is that it builds your strength and agility. And while bicycling you will not get bored :P. This is the thing i often do when i go over to my cozin’s place :p.
The next thing is swimming. It can be kinda hard for people who dont know how to swim. The best thing about it is that it increases your stamina and its good for the joints because the water supports you and water also provides a natural resistance. And it increase your muscle power as well. Its the best cardio excercise because it gets you to your ideal target heart rate quickly.
Another Cardio Exercise is Rock Climbing which uses both your arm strength and legs. It can burn upto 380 calories in 30 minutes but rock climbing has a high learning curve and requires lots of special equipment and techniques so you don’t hurt yourself. So its for people who have some experience or know how to do this. So dont try if you dont know about it.
Now its up to you that which exercise you want to do and which one you find most easy.
